What is Teletrack?
Teletrack is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA). Teletrack, like the three major credit bureaus, operates under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which is the federal law that regulates CRAs.

How does Teletrack get its information?
Teletrack businesses supply the information in our database. Teletrack customers include payday advance businesses, rent-to-own businesses, furniture stores that offer financing, auto finance companies, high-risk consumer finance businesses, non-prime mortgage businesses, non-prime credit card issuers, credit unions, and cable/telecom companies.

Why did Teletrack turn down my application?
Teletrack does not approve or deny applications, nor can Teletrack supply you with the specific reasons for your denial. The information in your file was obtained and used in conjunction with the lender ’s own criteria in order to make a decision.

Can Teletrack tell me over the phone what is on my report? Unfortunately, Teletrack does not disclose information on your consumer report over the phone. This is for your security and protection. A Teletrack Customer Service Representative will be more than happy to mail you a copy of your report, after verifying your identity.

How can I obtain a copy of my report? Please download and complete this form. Return the form to our office:

Teletrack
5550-A Peachtree Parkway, Suite 600
Norcross, GA 30092
Attention: Customer Service

The form will not be considered complete unless you have signed your name in the designated place and included a copy of your Driver's License.

How can I dispute information in my file?
Please contact our Customer Department at 1-877-309-5226 to speak to a Customer Service Representative to initiate an investigation free of charge.

Why was I told that I could call you? Or, Why are you listed on my letter?
If information was obtained from a CRA as a part of your application and your application is denied, you must be informed that you have a right under the FCRA to request a copy of your consumer report.

Why does this information appear on my Teletrack Report and not my Credit Report from another major Credit Bureau?
Companies that utilize our service report the information that appears on your consumer report. Many of these businesses do not report to the major credit bureaus. Therefore, the information on your Teletrack Consumer Report may not appear on your credit report from another credit bureau.

What is an inquiry?
An inquiry indicates who has obtained a copy of your report.

How can you release information about me to businesses without my knowledge?
Any company with permissible purposes under the FCRA can obtain a copy of your consumer report.
