The objective of Teletrack's software certification process is to help ensure that third party software vendors have correctly interfaced with the Teletrack database so that businesses accessing Teletrack receive the data necessary to make more accurate, timely decisions. Teletrack rigorously tests the software provided by the vendors its certifies based on both the level of service available and the reliability of that service.
The chart below depicts the typical service level of Silver, Gold and Platinum certified software. Please note that Platinum and Gold Certified Software provides Basic Teletrack service in addition to the service checked in the grid below. All service options are sold separately.
