TELETRACK LAUNCHES ACCOUNT ALERT SERVICE

~ A new service for monitoring changing account status for the high-risk consumer ~

NORCROSS, Ga., August 15, 2003—Teletrack, Inc., the nation’s sub-prime credit bureau,
today announced the availability of Account Alert Service, a new alert service that proactively
notifies companies of status changes in their accounts. This powerful new tool from Teletrack
allows companies catering to high-risk consumers to closely monitor current accounts for
positive or negative status changes.

By providing businesses with daily updates of status changes, Teletrack’s Account Alert Service
gives businesses the opportunity to re-evaluate accounts based on new information. Merchants
benefit when a positive status change is reported, because it means the risk of charge-off has
decreased. In effect a positive alert creates a new opportunity to approve the account for
additional goods and services. Merchants also benefit when negative changes are reported. In
the event of a negative alert, the merchant can prioritize accounts for early collection or alter a
standard collections strategy to pursue more aggressive recovery tactics. The Alert Service
helps ensure that the merchant has the maximum amount of time to react when an account enters
negative status, and the risk of charge-off increases.

Merchants select the accounts to be monitored and the consumer activities that will trigger an
alert. An alert may notify a merchant that an account has just charged-off with another store.
Such a notification may prompt the merchant to pay closer attention to that account or it may
serve as a trigger to begin the collections process early.

Subscribing Teletrack merchants use the Account Alert Service by sending Teletrack a list of
existing accounts to monitor. Teletrack monitors these accounts daily for activity and when a
designated activity is detected, the merchant receives an electronic graphic report or importable
files detailing the changes. Knowing if an account has just charged-off, is planning to move or is
facing possible eviction is a powerful tool in fighting the war against skips and charge-offs.
