~ Bankruptcy court records enhance Teletrack’s high-risk consumer database ~

RANCHO MIRAGE , Ca., February 26, 2004—Teletrack, Inc., the nation’s sub-prime credit
bureau, today announced the availability of consumer bankruptcy court records, a powerful new
tool to help merchants manage risk, minimize losses and target prospective customers. The
addition of bankruptcy information augments Teletrack’s menu of high-risk consumer
information services by incorporating key bankruptcy data elements gathered from court houses
nationwide. Teletrack’s bankruptcy offering provide merchants with vital information to consider
during the application approval process including among others; the date the consumer filed,
the location of filing, the chapter filed, and case disposition.

Bankruptcy court records are available to merchants as an add-on to standard Teletrack
services, and depending on the access method, are displayed as graphic reports, text reports or
segments. Teletrack’s bankruptcy offering also assists merchants with their
efforts by making bankruptcy lists available. Off-line electronic batch processing for data
appending, file scrubbing and list suppression rounds out the service. Additionally, bankruptcy
data is included in Teletrack’s latest predictive scorecard for the payday advance industry,
enhancing the scorecard’s ability to predict future charge-offs.

Teletrack’s bankruptcy information will provide merchants with a fast and easy
assessment of the consumer’s status. Consumer filings and case status are
updated frequently to help ensure that merchants receive new information on high-risk consumer
information available.
