Our goal is to make accessing Teletrack data as secure, easy and efficient as possible for your business. Integrating Teletrack into your standard or proprietary system will streamline operations by automating manual tasks and eliminating the need for store personnel to input applicant data into two separate systems. It is the easiest way to use all of Teletrack’s features from running inquiries to reporting.
Teletrack offers a standards-based XML web service for integrating Teletrack capabilities into your software system. Other integration solutions may be available depending on your needs. Please contact Teletrack for more information.
Integration Using XML
The most direct means of integration is our XML Interface. Using this method, Teletrack transactions are sent over the internet via an encrypted connection to Teletrack’s XML web service. Some of the major benefits of this interface include strong security and easier implementation due to the use of existing, well known protocols and standards.
For businesses wishing to implement this integration option, Teletrack provides the XML Integration Guide. This guide contains the information needed to develop an interface to the Teletrack Web service in order to submit and receive service transactions. This includes the XML schemas that define the organization of the data being transmitted along with other relevant information such as security.
Features of the Teletrack XML Interface:
- Utilizes the industry standard WS-Security specification and SSL to provide end-to-end message level security.
- Uses industry standards and well defined Web protocols, such as WSDL, XML and SOAP.
- Highly interoperable; Accessible from most platforms and programming languages.
- Requires a strong username and password.
