The objective of Teletrack's software certification process is to help ensure that third party software vendors have correctly interfaced with the Teletrack database so that businesses accessing Teletrack receive the data necessary to make more accurate, timely decisions. The software certification process includes a:
- Formal application
- Initial evaluation
- Analysis of the inquiry process
- Analysis of the response process
- Final evaluation
Once this process is completed Teletrack classifies the vendor based on the service level available using the software. There are three certification levels— Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The service required to achieve each these certification levels is outlined, here.
